Yes. Elite Care considers applicants who have cared for family members, those changing careers, and those with relevant backgrounds. You need the right qualities, a willingness to learn, and must meet the training requirements before taking on the corresponding responsibilities.
No. You can register your availability and decide before confirming. Once you accept a shift, you must complete it or notify the coordinator according to procedure in the event of force majeure.
Income is discussed based on the work arrangement and confirmed before each assignment, considering duration, care requirements, skills, and related conditions.
Assignments depend on the assessment results, application profile, health, availability, service area, and fit with client needs. Completing training does not guarantee assignment to every type of shift.
Caregivers follow the confirmed care plan, coordinate with the dispatcher, and report through the system. If anything unusual occurs or a situation exceeds their scope, they must report it immediately for guidance and coordinated handling.
